FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP response no later than September 30, 2026. It is important for the wedding couple to have a final reserved head count for meals and spacing coordination. For those who originally reply to attend but have a last minute situation that warrants an absence from the wedding, please notify the couple as soon as possible so they can make timely adjustments.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We have a Zola registry here on our wedding website, see under "Registry"! We also have a registry on Amazon, Crate and Barrel, and Target (links provided under the Registry tab, bottom of the page). You can also search the couple's names at the company's websites.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is semi-formal so consider mid-length and floor-length dresses or pantsuits for the ladies, and suits or dressy casual attire for the gentlemen. Jeans are welcomed for our gentlemen guests as long as no visible rips, stains, or holes. Please do not wear white, off-white, or colors of purple. These colors are reserved for the bridal party only. Patterns are welcomed, but please no animal print. This is a western vintage themed wedding! The couple welcomes guests to bring out their country comfort best to enjoy this day!

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Guests will be allowed to enter the venue starting at 4:30 PM. If arriving earlier than 4:30, there is a covered pavilion space at the entrance of the parking lot where guests can wait. Access inside will be temporarily blocked starting at 4:50 PM for the ceremony to begin on time, so please plan ahead to ensure you arrive on time. The couple will not wait for tardy guests for the ceremony to start.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your personal invite to the wedding day will indicate if you are welcomed to bring a +1 (labeled as Guest on your invite). If you do not have "Guest" included on the invite and have someone you'd like to attend the wedding with, then please reach out to the couple to request a RSVP for the intended guest.

Question

Are children (12 and under) welcome?

Answer

Children who are named on the invite are welcomed! Please do not bring additional younger folk that are not invited by the couple to attend.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the venue, but we recommend to consider carpooling or Uber / Lyft due to the amount of guests invited to available parking spots. For guests staying at the Cambria Hotel in Northlake, there will be a shuttle to bring you from the hotel to the venue and back. Details will be sent to guests staying at this hotel.

Question

How do we get there?

Answer

We recommend car pooling if you know multiple guests sharing a vehicle. Uber/Lyft are also an option for coming and leaving. Due to free range livestock at the venue site, there are cattle guards in the driveway so please drive slowly as you drive through to the parking lot.

Question

Will there be a shuttle between the venue and Cambria Hotel?

Answer

To be determined. It would be best to plan for carpooling or requesting an Uber / Lyft.

Question

Who do we contact if we are lost or running late?

Answer

To be shared closer to wedding day.

Question

Do we need cash for anything?

Answer

We have an open bar, but cash tips will be greatly appreciated to our bartenders!

Question

Can we bring cards and gifts for the couple?

Answer

The couple will have a designated table space inside the reception area where guests can drop off any cards or gifts to share on this special day!

Question

Can guests leave cars overnight?

Answer

Cars can be left overnight in the parking lot, but must be picked up by 10 AM Sunday, November 8th the latest.
