Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Semi-Formal / Western Fancy. Mid-length and floor-length dresses are preferred. Suits and dressy casual are welcomed. Jeans are welcomed as long as no visible holes, tears, or stains. Please do not wear any shades of white or purple. Red is allowed (no taboo concerns here!).
Please arrive no later than 4:30 PM to be seated. Any guests arriving past 4:50 will be asked to remain outside of the venue until the ceremony concludes at 5:30. Prepare for a warmer, uncovered outdoor ceremony and an indoor air conditioned reception. If weathering conditions are not ideal, then the ceremony will be hosted indoors at the same venue. The bride and groom have the right to request the removal of any guest and will advise security on site to escort uninvited, uncooperative, or disruptive guests.
Reception
5:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Cocktail hour will start promptly after the ceremony. Enjoy some yard games and our special bartenders - the beer burros! Reception to follow after cocktail hour inside the venue. Find your assigned seated table at the seating board chart posted inside the reception area by the large doors! Buffet style dinner will be served with beef, sausage, and chicken options. Please indicate if you have a dietary meal preference that the couple should ask to reserve on the side. Open bar will be available to all guests. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available at the bar. Dance floor will open up after the special dances for the bride and groom post-dinner! Photobooth is available all night long!
