FAQs & Fun Facts!

Please find below some common questions regarding our event and if you scroll all the way down, you can read some fun facts about us that you might not know!
Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Most of our event will be outdoors so please be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring a jacket! Dress code is semi formal - think mountain cocktail!

Question

Do I get a plus 1?

Answer

Unless indicated on your RSVP, we would love to enjoy our day with just you!

Question

What will the weather be like at this time of year?

Answer

The weather should be very nice around this time of year but could still get chilly at night! During the day, the temps should be anywhere between 65 and 70 degrees - perfect for hiking & exploring!

Question

What is parking like?

Answer

Please note that our ceremony and reception will be held at separate venues. Parking is free and easy at both if you choose to drive. However, we will have transportation provided and would highly encourage taking advantage of it - especially if you choose to drink.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have blocks of rooms at both The Village at Mammoth & Juniper Springs Resort. We would encourage you to book either of these options and use our discount code (found on the travel tab). Staying at the Village will be especially advantageous because our transportation will run to and from there. Therefore, you will not need to drive the entire day of our wedding!

Question

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP right here on this website on the RSVP tab! Please note that the deadline to RSVP to our wedding is March 31, 2024. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume that you will not be joining us.

Question

Will there be food and drink at the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Our ceremony is being held outside in the forest so no beverages or food will be available. Feel free to bring a water bottle! At the reception, there will be plenty of food and drink to go around. We will be having appetizers as you arrive along with a sit down, family style dinner. We also promise that you will not go thirsty! * Please note that if you have any dietary restrictions, be sure to contact Logan and Laurel (650-224-3720)

Question

Can I take pictures with my phone and upload to social media?

Answer

We ask that you please do not use your phone during the ceremony and remain present with us during that time. During the reception, feel free to use your phone as much as you would like and post all of the pictures for us to look through!

Question

How do I get to Mammoth?
