Welcome Event

4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Come kickoff the weekend with us and share some tacos and drinks. Be sure to bring a light jacket for the evening hours. This is an open house format so feel free to come and go as you please. We look forward to seeing you!

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Our ceremony is being held in the forest, please note that there will be no food or beverages available. We encourage people to bring reusable water bottles! There is limited parking available at Forest Chapel itself. We encourage guests to use our shuttles to get to our ceremony and reception, details below - Bus to Ceremony (The Village to Forest Chapel) The shuttle will pick up in front of the bottom of the Westin Stairs on Canyon Blvd. Bus Stop Location - https://maps.app.goo.gl/rcR4ei91V5zE8o25A This is across the street from The Mountain Center in the Village. 1st Bus Departs at - 3:00 2nd Bus Departs at - 3:30 Bus to Reception (Forest Chapel - Canyon Lodge) After the ceremony, buses will depart and take you back to The Village where you will ride The Village Gondola to our ceremony venue, Canyon Lodge. The Gondola will be running all night for you to return to The Village whenever you want.
