Wedding Party

Leah Loeffler

Bride

Leah grew up between Warroad and Thief River Falls, Minnesota, giving her the best of both worlds while being raised by her parents, Cory and Kelsey Loeffler and Brandon and Selena Barker. Leah attended Warroad Public Schools and graduated in 2023 before continuing her education at Northland Community and Technical College in Thief River Falls, where she earned her associate’s degree in Business Management. Leah currently works at a local childcare center, where her caring and outgoing personality shines every day. In her free time, she loves being outdoors whether that’s spending time with Luke, relaxing at the lake, or enjoying hunting and fishing. Leah values time with the people she loves most and is always happiest when she’s outside making memories.

Luke Erickson

Groom

Luke grew up in Warroad, Minnesota, with his parents Brian and Lynn Erickson and his four siblings. He graduated from Warroad High School in 2021 and went on to earn a degree in Automated Systems and Robotics from Dunwoody College of Technology in St. Paul, Minnesota. He currently works for Douglas Machine out of Alexandria, Minnesota as a field service travel technician. When Luke isn’t working, you can usually find him outdoors either hunting, fishing, or somewhere deep in the woods. Him and Leah also makes it a tradition to head up on an annual summer trip to Alaska, where he gets even more time doing what he loves most. And if you know Luke well, you know there’s a constant competition in his life between two things he loves deeply… Leah and fishing. So far, it’s safe to say fishing has had a strong lead but Leah’s working on closing that gap.

Tayanna Cole

Maid of Honor

Tay and Leah met way back in kindergarten at Warroad Elementary, and what started as a childhood friendship grew into something even stronger over the years. They became especially close during their teen years, bonding through countless hours on the softball field and volleyball court. Like any true friendship, they’ve had their ups and downs, but those moments only made their bond stronger. Even now, with Tay away at college a couple hours from home, distance has never changed their connection they still make time for each other and continue to be the best of friends. Tay has been there through it all, making her the perfect Maid of Honor.

Abigayle (Abi) Bieganek

Bridesmaid

Abi grew up in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, where she is now engaged to her future husband, Trenton Bolstad. Abi and Leah met on their very first day of College Algebra at Northland Community and Technical College in 2023, and it didn’t take long to know their friendship was something special. They later worked together in an after-school program, spending their days with kids and growing even closer. From the very beginning, Leah knew Abi would be one of her best friends. Whenever they’re together, they bring out the best in each other! Whether they’re going for walks, grabbing coffee, planning girls trips, or simply laughing nonstop. Abi’s friendship is full of joy, support, and so many unforgettable memories.

Blake Norris

Best Man

Blake grew up in Warroad, Minnesota, where he attended Warroad Public Schools and first met Luke. The two have been friends since grade school and spent years growing up side by side. From countless hours on the ice to being named co-captains of the Warroad Varsity Boys Hockey team, their bond was built through teamwork, dedication, and a lot of shared memories. When they weren’t playing hockey, you could find them outdoors, fishing, hunting, and making the most of their time together. What makes their friendship so strong is the passion they both share for the outdoors… and, of course, a good beer. Blake has been a constant in Luke’s life, making him the perfect choice for Best Man.

Thomas Hoke

Groomsman

Thomas grew up in Richmond, Virginia, and attended Virginia State University. The summer leading into his senior year, he took an internship in Thief River Falls, Minnesota at DRC Call Co., Leah’s family business. That opportunity is what brought Thomas and Luke together, and it didn’t take long for them to hit it off. What started as a shared interest quickly turned into a strong friendship, especially through their mutual love for duck hunting and the outdoors. Thomas also shares his passion through his YouTube videos, which only added to the connection between the two. From working together to spending time outdoors, their bond has continued to grow, making Thomas a great addition to the wedding party.
