When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 20, 2027 so we can plan accordingly! What should I do if I don’t RSVP in time? We totally get that life gets busy, but please try to RSVP by the deadline so we can plan accordingly! If you miss it, reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We just can’t guarantee food or seating after the final count is set.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes! Plus-ones are welcome as long as they’re included in your RSVP. Please be sure to add their name when you respond so we can plan accordingly. Please note that plus-ones are invited to join us for the reception only. We can’t wait to celebrate together!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Rehearsal Dinner (Friday): Garden Party Attire Dress cute, comfortable, and a little dressy—think florals and light colors. No need to be overly formal, just polished and ready for a relaxed evening! Comfortable shoes are recommended (grass/gravel friendly), but heels are welcome. Wedding Ceremony & Reception (Saturday): Semi-Formal Dressy but not black-tie—think cocktail dresses, nice outfits, and suits or dress pants with a button-down. Are Children Welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are absolutely welcome at our celebration. For guests attending the ceremony, there will be an option for childcare in a separate space if needed. At the reception, we will also have a kids’ activity table to keep little ones entertained. That being said, we truly hope parents take the opportunity to relax, enjoy themselves, and celebrate the night with us!

What Time Should I Arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM at Black River Church. Guests are welcome to arrive a little early to get seated. Cocktail hour will begin at 4:00 PM at Steiger Manufacturing Division, and guests who are not attending the ceremony are invited to join us at that time.

Where can I park?

Answer

Parking will be available at both the ceremony and reception locations. At Black River Church and Steiger Manufacturing Division, there will be designated parking areas nearby with easy access to the venues. What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Following the ceremony, guests are invited to join us for cocktail hour from 4:00–6:00 PM at Steiger Manufacturing Division. Enjoy drinks, appetizers, and time to mingle while we take wedding party photos. The bride and groom will join the celebration around 5:00 PM, and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!
