Best Airports

Dulles (IAD) is the easiest airport to access our venue and hotel block, but Ronald Reagan (DCA) is also available (it is farther from the venue but closer to Washington, DC if you were hoping to visit the city while you were here!). There is a hotel shuttle available from Dulles to the Hilton.

Please note, this is located about 40 minutes from our venue, and about 45 minutes from the National Mall if you were hoping to spend some time in Washington, DC.

Hyatt Regency Dulles

We have 20 rooms at the Hyatt Regency as well for $135/night. Parking on-site is $15 per day. There is also a shuttle available from Dulles (IAD) airport. There are numerous rentals available in Bluemont and the surrounding area if you would rather rent a house instead of joining our hotel block! This is ideal for larger parties and many can be found very close to the venue.

Travel Note

Transportation

We would recommend renting a car or carpooling to events, as this area of Virginia is very spaced out. There is free parking available at the wedding venue. Ubers are available from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the wedding venue, but Ubers from the wedding venue are difficult to obtain. Due to this, we will have two coach buses that will transport guests after the event from the venue to the Hilton and Hyatt hotel blocks. This will be on a first come, first served basis until the 110 seats are all claimed. You will be able to RSVP for your bus spot when you RSVP for the wedding. If you will not be staying at the hotel block and plan on Uber bring to the venue, we would recommend pre-booking a taxi service for pickup at 10:30pm.

Train

Taking the train from DC to the hotel?

If you live close by and plan on taking the train into DC, you’ll likely want to arrive at Union Station. From there, take the Metro Red Line to Metro Center and switch onto the Silver Line towards Ashburn. From the Silver Line, you can either get off at Innovation Center and Uber to the hotel, or you can get off at Dulles Airport and take the hotel shuttle from there.
