Great Falls Park

Hike along a stunning waterfall at Great Falls. Fun fact: Erin took a good number of her bridesmaids along this trail!

Washington, DC

If you're interested in visiting the city during your trip, Washington, DC is about an hour drive from the hotel block. We recommend a Hop On/Hop Off bus tour if you only have one day. If you have more time, you can explore the National Mall (the Museum of Natural History and the Air and Space Museum are our favorites!), do some shopping in Georgetown, or get a tour of the White House and/or Capitol. To get tours to the latter buildings, email your local representative and/or state senator for tickets!

Hike 0.25-1.2 miles (depending on desired difficulty) to this beautiful spot overlooking the Potomac River.
