The Rehearsal Dinner will just be for the wedding party, but we hope you join us for the welcome party afterwards!
Welcome Party

We are so excited to invite ALL of our guests to a Welcome Party on Thursday evening at The Trophy Room, a bar located inside the Graduate hotel! There will be drinks and light snacks available!

Complementary Coffee, Donuts, & Bagels

We will have complementary coffee, donuts, and bagels available the morning of the wedding. The Carpe Donut Truck will be parked in the Parking Lot of the University Baptist Church from 8:30am-10:30am. The parking lot is directly in-between The Graduate Hotel and The Courtyard Marriott Hotel. All guests are welcome to enjoy!
Ceremony

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
There will be transportation available at 3:00pm, from the Graduate to the ceremony site (see TRAVEL tab for details). The ceremony will be directly followed by cocktail hour.

70s Costume Party
If you are staying on Saturday we would love for you to join us for a little taste of Charlottesville. We will be taking two buses from the Graduate Hotel to Devil's Backbone Brewery followed by the Brewing Tree Beer Company, both located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Seeing as it is October 30th, we are planning for a 1970s costume party. Please note: We have room for 60 guests on the buses, and want to prioritize out of town guests who do not have personal transportation available. If you have the ability to drive your party and meet us there that would be appreciated.
