Come spend a day exploring the land of this 1,400-acre working farm. Shelburne Farms is an education nonprofit on a mission to inspire and cultivate learning for a sustainable future. This historic campus is a living classroom that invites you to learn, grow, be inspired, and to take that inspiration back to whatever place in the world you call home. Explore miles of walking trails (open year-round conditions permitting), visit the animals at the Children’s Farmyard, watch cheesemaking, savor farmstead cheddar, and learn on one of the daily farm tours. Parking is free, but a donation is generally required for a day visit to support the farm's educational mission.
