We are providing a shuttle for those who are staying in The Winjammer or another Burlington accommodation. If you are staying on the island you will need a car to get to wedding activities and generally get around. There are no Ubers on the island and very few in Burlington. There is free parking at the reception and street parking at the ceremony! The shuttle will load up at The Windjammer and leave at 2:15pm to head to the ceremony. Then it will load up after the ceremony and leave at 3:55pm to head to the reception. After the reception the shuttle will load up and leave at 10:25pm to take guests to the after party and for those who don’t want to go to the after party it will go from there to The Windjammer. After this drop off it will head back to the after party for one final load and leave at 12:15am to head back to The Windjammer.
Please arrive 15-30min early for the 2:45pm ceremony! I would like to be the only person walking down the aisle when the ceremony starts please:)
Garden Cocktail Attire, Colors encouraged! Dress in whatever makes you feel best and please keep in mind that the ceremony will be taking place in a church. This could mean dresses or jumpsuits with bright colors (please no white) and fun patterns. Suits of any color or blazers and pants. Maybe a fun colored tie or bowtie:) but no tie required. The reception is mostly on grass so be aware of that when thinking of shoe options. The weather in Vermont in August is mostly sunny and 70-80 degrees with a drop in temperature at night. However, there is a risk of 60 degrees and raining so be prepared for that as well. The ceremony is inside and the reception has a tent area.
Yes, this is a kid friendly event! if your children were included on your invite then they are welcome to join in the fun.
If we have included the name of your partner or a plus one option on your invite then yes. otherwise, no.
Free parking is provided at the reception at Snow Farm Vineyard. There is some parking at First Baptist Church and there is free 2 hr street parking as well as garage parking available but I would still recommend carpooling.
Please RSVP on our website by June 20th, 2026! Almost all of you are coming from out of town so we consider this a destination wedding:) July and August are busy season in Burlington and accommodations fill up so this deadline gives you 6 weeks to prepare for your time here.
