One of our favorite brunch spots, close to the Clinton Ferry Terminal! It can get quite busy on weekends, so you may want to call ahead, or take the opportunity to explore Langley.
A great spot for brunch or a sweet treat in a super cute area.
Right next to Whidbey Doughnuts, this is another great brunch/lunch option in the south part of the island.
If you've chosen Whidbey Doughnuts or Flower House Cafe as your brunch/lunch spot and aren't ready to head out yet, this taproom is right around the corner!
A great place to go for a walk or a sunny picnic and it's located right next to the venue. It features a lighthouse and an abandoned military base that you can explore around!
See where Katie proposed to Liz in 2020! It's a great & easy hike/walk with some amazing views and cliff edges!
If you are looking for local food, drinks, and shopping be sure to visit Front Street. It's small but there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops as well as art galleries and clothing boutiques.
Deception Pass is Washington's most-visited state park, featuring mysterious coves, rugged cliffs, amazing sunsets, and a stomach-dropping high bridge. You can fish and swim in Cranberry Lake.
As east coasters, Whidbey Island Bagel Factory has the closest thing we've found to a good NYC bagel in the PNW (big debate here). They have two locations - one in Oak Harbor, the other in Clinton, and you may or may not also get a taste at our farewell brunch, so don't worry if this doesn't fit into your weekend agenda.
This park is right on the water and features a sandy beach, accessible walkways, green grass, playgrounds and pavilions, and is a great option for anyone looking to go for a stroll. Located right across the street from our welcome event, this is a great option for right before to let off steam, or right after to catch the sunset (9pm PST in the PNW!)
If you're traveling with a canine companion, Ella & Olana highly recommend Double Bluff Off Leash Dog Beach. This features drift wood sandy beaches, Puget sound views, and rocky cliff edges.
Close to Dancing Fish Vineyards and the Clinton Ferry Terminal, this winery features some great patios and outdoor wine tasting if you're looking to add another stop to your Sunday afternoon agenda.
A wonderful drive-in movie theater that typically features three back to back movies per evening. They also have an arcade and go-carts if you'd like to make a day of it! We'd recommend this as a Sunday afternoon/evening activity if you are staying through the weekend.
