Your health and safety are our top priority as we continue to navigate through COVID-19. As such, we ask that anyone who is eligible to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to help ensure the safety of all of our guests. We also encourage a booster shot if you are eligible as recommended by the CDC. Despite mask mandates lifting for air travel, we request guests to mask-up during your travels on planes, rideshares, or public transportation, and encourage rapid tests before traveling to the island and/or boarding your flights. If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, we will miss you greatly, but please do stay home to help keep everyone safe. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Liz or Katie directly. Thank you for your patience and we will keep you posted about any changes!
No, masks are not required for any of our events, although guests are welcome to do whatever feels most comfortable. The majority of our events are indoor/outdoor spaces with open airflow, and we are requiring that all guests be fully vaccinated as well.
We recommend arriving between 2:30-3pm to mingle and enjoy some pre-ceremony refreshments. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm.
For our out-of-town guests, we do recommend renting a car to travel to our venue. There are also trains, boats, and buses, however, their schedules may make your travel time considerably longer.
We recommend exploring Airbnb/VRBO rentals if you are planning to stay on Whidbey Island for the weekend. We recommend looking for properties located near Coupeville, Oak Harbor, and surrounding towns. There are also some cute hotels, inns, and B&Bs in the area, or we also recommend Best Western and Candlewood Suites in Oak Harbor for which you can received a discounted rate if you call to book for the “Sheena Wedding”.
There is a parking lot located onsite at our venue, with ample parking available for all of our guests. Our ceremony and reception are in the same location.
We recommend wearing cocktail attire. Our ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) so plan for sunny weather and an outfit that will let you dance all night long. Please leave the white attire to the brides!
Beers & Brauts with the Brides with the brides is at a brewery, and the Farewell Brunch is at a vineyard. Both are indoor/outdoor spaces, so feel free to wear something cute and casual. The After Party will be at a bar immediately after the wedding, so no need for an outfit change (unless you're a bride, then maybe).
You will need a car to travel to the wedding venue. If you are traveling from Seattle, you can drive around through deception pass, or take the Mukilteo-Clinton ferry. There will be ample parking available onsite, but we recommend carpooling to maximize the fun. Additional details can be found on the Travel tab.
