Sailing Soirée

We fell in love while sailing in the Adriatic Sea, so it was only fitting to commence the celebrations with a similar welcome—a sailing soirée in the Bay of Cartagena. Our “White Party” will begin just as the sun starts to set, boarding for an unbelievable view of the city. Tapas and music will be served. According to captain, children ARE allowed on the boat though require close supervision by parents. *White Party means wear white or cream colored clothing. Think "beach casual," shirts, guayaberas, linen, anything that makes you feel fantastic.

After our sunset sail, we'll be directed by foot through the old walled city (10 minute walk but taxis available for those from the dock) to the Casona del Colegio Hotel to complete the evening with a reception in the main hall.

Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony will take place in the theatre with air conditioning, and the reception will immediately follow in the open courtyard. Dress code is "fancy" meaning wear whatever makes you feel fantastic. Want to wear a top hat? Go for it! Want to wear a white linen suit, all good. I recommend light suits and cool dresses given the tropical temperatures, but no restrictions to not damper your unique sense of style :)

Beach Day Party & Brunch

We'll top off the celebration with a Beach Day Party on the island of Tierra Bomba. Transportation will be arranged with multiple pick-up times (beginning at 10:30AM) for ~15 minute trip to a private beach resort. Brunch (set menu included) and drinks will be served and we'll be returned to Cartagena at drop-off times ~5:00PM. Note transportation is via boat to and from location. *Transportation, Welcome Cocktail & Lunch Provided **Get ready for food, it's some fantastic fried fish and plantains. Full bar & menu if you want to purchase additional items.
