Yes! Kids are welcome.
We don't have a strict dress code, but there are some guidelines and suggestions listed below. We encourage you to dress comfortably and add your own personal style at our ceremony and reception! We will have our ceremony on the beach so please keep this in mind when choosing footwear, especially if you are considering wearing heels. Either flat shoes or going barefoot may be best and you can bring your reception shoes along with you. We encourage you all to look sharp but feel comfortable. Keep an eye on the forecast in sunny Los Barriles! The average June temperature is in the mid to high 80s. Some ideas: Short or long-sleeve button downs (linen is a wonderful material for warm weather), stylish tops, jumpsuits, sun dresses or skirts, chinos, and sandals. Instead of: T-shirts, sweats, or sneakers. With the warm, sunny Baja days we are absolutely okay with our guests wearing lighter colors i.e. creams and whites!
We will have a professional wedding photographer at our wedding ceremony & reception. At our ceremony, we will be asking everyone to unplug, however, at the reception we would be glad to see you taking photos with friends & your loved ones! Please use our wedding hashtag when posting on social! #livinglavidaquigley
There is parking at the venue, however, it is limited. To save room and for ease of cruising around town, an ATV rental is a great option! Check out QuadGirls ATV rentals online and don't forget to mention our names/wedding for a discount! Please note there are no Ubers or taxis available in Los Barriles.

Absolutely! There are rental car companies available at Los Cabos Airport. Here are some of the counters you'll find: Hertz, Avis, Budget, National, Enterprise, Alamo, Dollar, and Thrifty. Do a quick Google search to find the car that's right for you! We highly recommend booking an AWD vehicle for your stay!
The water in Los Barriles comes from the mountain springs and is safe to drink, wash dishes, brush teeth, make tea, etc. Some people however may choose to purchase bottled water for drinking. Because of the mineral content in the water, valves can sometimes get stuck, just give it a little jiggle and that should resolve the issue!

U.S. Dollars are accepted widely in Los Barriles and the surrounding areas, but pesos are generally preferred and will eliminate any less-than-favorable exchange rate. You can exchange U.S. Dollars at the BBVA or Intercam banks. Credit cards are accepted at most grocery stores, OXXO Convenient stores, gas stations, and some shops. Many restaurants do not accept credit cards. There are ATM machines at Chapitos Express and in the BBVA and Intercam banks. These generally dispense Pesos, but Chapitos Express has a second ATM for USD.
The "Everything Los Barriles" group on facebook is a great source for local information, as is the Baja Pony Express - https://www.thebajaponyexpress.com/wp/
Highs are around 89 degrees F and lows are around 73 degrees F. We will have chilled bottled water, cold beverages, and some larger umbrellas available for our guests during the ceremony!
