FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 530pm. Guests are welcome to arrive starting at 5pm and enjoy a drink before festivities begin.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be signs and an attendant in front of Georgetown Ballroom to direct guests to the parking lot. The lot is off of Carstens Place S (small street between Zippy’s Burgers & Flying Squirrel Pizza.) Follow the signs for GTB parking and additional lots.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1 but we'd love to hear from you before then if you know your plans.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to our Travel page for recommendations on where to stay.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our priority is that you are present and ready to get down with us on the dance floor. But if you're really questioning your outfit, our guidance is cocktail attire, please.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

For gift inspiration, we are registered with multiple brands through Zola as well as at Pottery Barn. You can access our registries on the Registry page of this site. Zola will redirect you to the brand's own website to make the purchase if the item is not sold on Zola. Our shipping address should still be provided for you if you purchase, and the item should be marked as "purchased" on our registry. Lastly, you should receive an email from Zola to verify the purchase. Find more information for guests using Zola here: https://www.zola.com/wedding-registry/help#/for_guests

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please reach out to us if you need a vegetarian or gluten free meal provided for you or a family member.

Question

I'm staying through the weekend. What should I do?

Answer

We shared a lot of our favorite sights and activities on the Things To Do page. Still not enough? Email the bride and groom for a more robust list.

Question

What's there to do in Georgetown?

Answer

If you're staying in Georgetown or just plan to arrive well before the ceremony, there are a few ways to spend your time in Seattle's oldest neighborhood: hit up Mix lounge for live music, Georgetown Records for tunes that can go home with you, or hit up one of the many antique stores or art galleries for some eye candy.
