Are there Covid Restrictions for the Wedding?

Answer

At this time we do not have restrictions around our wedding pertaining to Covid, but if things worsen again that may change. It is our strong preference that our guests be vaccinated, but we are not requiring it at this time. We do also ask that if you are feeling sick, though you will be missed, that you please stay home.

Are there Shuttles?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be available before and after the ceremony and once an hour during the reception between the venue and Fairfield Inn & Suites/Courtyard hotels only. The shuttle is a 55 passenger school bus. A Shuttle Schedule is available on the "Day of Schedule" tab.

Is there Uber/Lyft?

Answer

Yes! Uber and Lyft are available, but please keep in mind that wait times for a car may be longer than what you're used to in a city. It is also move in weekend at UW Madison, so that may cause a shortage of drivers in the area.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please don't wear jeans or hats.

If I drive myself, can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Lake Windsor Country Club allows unlimited overnight parking. We are providing shuttles from the venue to the Courtyard and Fairfield Inn & Suites hotels before & after the ceremony and all throughout the reception.

Yes!

Will there be a Photo Booth?

Answer

We will not have a photo booth, but we are going to have a flower wall and encourage our guests to take their photos in front of it.

What time is Dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be served at 6pm.

Is it indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the Ceremony and Reception are indoors.
