First Shuttle departs Fairfield/Courtyard Hotels at 1:20 to arrive at Lake Windsor at 1:40pm. This will be a 55 passenger bus.
Final Pre-Ceremony Shuttle
2:00 pm - 2:15 pm

This will be the final pre-ceremony shuttle. There will be a 55 passenger bus departing Fairfield/Courtyard Hotels at 2:20. This will arrive at Lake Windsor at 2:40 - 2:45pm.
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire
Ceremony will be indoors
Cocktail Hour
3:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail hour will be in the lower level of Lake Windsor Country Club. Passed hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
Post Ceremony Shuttle
4:00 pm

This shuttle will take guests back to the Courtyard & Fairfield hotels. The shuttle will leave the hotels to return to the venue at 5:15pm.
Reception

Grand March will Start at 5:50pm. Dinner will start at 6pm. Dance will start at 8pm. A Shuttle Service will be provided to take guests from Lake Windsor Country Club to the Fairfield Inn & Suites & Courtyard by Marriott Hotels. The Shuttles will depart Lake Windsor at the following times: -8:30pm -9:15pm -10pm -11pm -Midnight
