It's only on Saturdays, 10am-5pm (be sure to not get confused for the farmers market). There are a lot of cool vendors to check out. You'll need to find street parking or park at a nearby parking garage.

Oregon is pretty known for their hikes, so if you're down for it, check out Forest Park, and pick any trail. This park is one of our favorites because it has so many different trails to choose from-- great for all ages and it's great for anyone at any level!
