FAQs

Question

Why are you doing a separate ceremony and reception? Isn't that a lot to expect of your guests?

Answer

Because the bride said so. Jenna really wanted to have a mountain wedding without the cost of a mountain wedding, so this was the best solution! We want to celebrate and spend as much time with our loved ones as possible. We recognize that not everyone invited to both the ceremony and reception will be able to attend both events. If you care more about vows and hanging out in the mountains, come to the ceremony in Grand Lake. If you want to dance and see some speeches, the reception might be best for you. Either way, we are looking forward to celebrating this special time in our lives with you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal or cocktail attire.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please do not bring a plus one unless specifically mentioned on your invitation.

Question

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! You can find our registry on our website. When in doubt, our favorite option is the honeymoon fund!

Question

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 5th.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no parking lot at the venue, you will want to park downtown Fort Collins. There is plenty of free street parking, or you can pay to park in a garage.

Question

Should I contact the bride on the wedding day?

Answer

Please do not. You can contact Sierra Banks at 303-902-2037

Question

Anything else we should know?

Answer

Our final song of the night will be the Parting Glass by the High Kings. There will be a toast and there will be tears. Feel free to familiarize yourself with this song if you'd like to be an active participant.
