Hotel
There is a room block set up for our guests for the nights of 10/20 and 10/21. Please call in to the reservations department at 760-744-0120 and make reservations referencing the "Johnson Anderson Wedding". If the room block is full simply ask for the best available rate. Or you can book online at https://www.lakehousehotelandresort.com/
Hotel
(for the Coronado portion of your stay) This is the fancy option, probably one of the most beautiful Hotels in the country and right on the sand on Coronado Beach. You can also enjoy this hotel with it's bars and restaurants and not pay to stay there :) it's about 2 blocks from our house.
Hotel
(Coronado portion of your stay) My suggestion for "middle of the road price" but in an AWESOME location across the street from the del. Walking distance to just about everything on Coronado Island.
Hotel
On "the other side of the island" but easy to get to the beach etc via bike or golf cart. It has beautiful views of the bay and a bike path/walking trail that goes from that hotel all the way around the island (about 6 mines) Another awesome option.
Flight
For our Rhode Island Guests: Southwest Airlines out of PVD into SAN is usually the most economic way to travel. Just ask Paul and Lauren!! :)
Rental Car
San Diego is not known for its public transportation unfortunately. Once you're on Coronado island you can walk or bike around to local restaurants and activities. But you will need transportation to get to the wedding venue. I suggest getting a mini van or SUV and sharing a vehicle with a friend or family member. As you'll need it for some things and won't for others. Uber/Lift etc are VERY accessible in San Diego if you prefer that method. I would use expedia, or AAA or Costco or whatever site you can get a good deal. Please note San Diego AIRPORT is where you likely want to pick up and return. That's the easiest thing to do.
