What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

Hop a flight to Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) and you're about 45 minutes away from Deer Valley via shuttle or rental car. Deer Valley Lodge provides transportation services to the airport.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE RESORT TO THE CEREMONY, RECEPTION, AND RETURN FROM RECEPTION??

Answer

YES! Transportation to and from the Wedding and Reception at Deer Valley Empire Lodge. Transportation will be exclusively provided for all guests to and from the Wedding and Reception, due to lack of parking on the mountain. Transportation vans will begin leaving the Lodges at Deer Valley beginning at 2:30pm for the 4:00pm Ceremony; the LAST shuttle leaves Deer Valley Lodges at 3:15pm. There will be three scheduled returns from the reception to the Lodges at Deer Valley (9:00pm, 10:00pm, 11:00pm hours). For guests staying elsewhere in Park City, there is parking at the Lodges at Deer Valley. Please park here before the ceremony, to take the van shuttles to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. You may take the scheduled vans or Deer Valley Resort Cadillac transportation service (see Schedule - Reception page for details), back to your vehicle or alternative transport.

Please RSVP on our wedding website by September 1 st: www.zola.com/wedding/lindseyanddennis2020 RSVP to indicate guests in attendance for Thursday Social, Friday Welcome Drinks, Ceremony and Reception with meal preference (vegetarian, beef, or seafood).

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable. Feel free to bring extra layers to stay warm, in case it is unseasonably cool, or choose your shoes according to the day and terrain.
