Please join us for an informal gathering hosted by the of the parents of the bride at the Lodges at Deer Valley. There will be a few light bites with wine, beer, or other refreshments. The main lobby will guide you to the gathering location within the Lodges at Deer Valley. [There are multiple buildings under the Lodges at Deer Valley, which house the rooms/condo suites. The Main Entrance building is where you will have checked in for your reservation at the front desk.]

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. It's a relaxed bar environment.
Join us for an informal gathering, post-rehearsal dinner, at this relaxed but lively restaurant/bar scene on Main Street in Park City. We have 4 indoor tables reserved and their are outdoor tables on the front patio. Bring a jacket, as it does get cool at night! Can't wait to see you all and kick this weekend off true-to-form! Feel free to explore Park City before or after.
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
The wedding ceremony will take place at the mountain summit, weather-permitting. See below for recommended attire and mask policy. Due to the lack of parking on the mountain, we will provide exclusive transportation for all of our guests to and from the Lodges at Deer Valley: to the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour/reception site and return trip after the reception. Three passenger vans to will ARRIVE at 2:30 pm at the Main Entrance at the Lodges at Deer Valley and DEPART promptly by 2:45pm. Please arrive by 2:30pm, so that you may comfortably be seated and belted by 2:45pm. Before entering vans, please wear a mask, for the health and safety of yourself and others (including the driver). Extra masks and hand sanitizer will be available, if needed. Attire: Cocktail dresses, Dressy jumpsuits, Dark jackets and slacks, Suits Shoes: Wedges, chunky heels, and/or invest in heel protectors Dress for the weather! Predicted ceremony temp is 60 degrees and 50-55 degrees @ cocktail hour.
4:30 pm - 5:45 pm
There will be hors d'oeuvres and cocktails on the outdoor patio, possibly with a few fun surprises! Corn hole games will be available on the lawn! The outdoors can feel a little chilly at night. There will be firepits and heaters will be on the patio, for added warmth, during cocktail hour. We recommend bringing a jacket with you. Around 5-6pm, temperature is about 55-60 degrees. The sun sets at 7pm, which is when the temperature starts to drop off. We will be indoors by 6pm! The temperature drops to 35 degrees by 11pm. Transportation: We will provide exclusive transportation for all of our guests to and from the wedding and reception. We kindly ask you wear a mask at ALL times while in the transportation vans, for the health and safety of yourself and others. Additional masks and hand sanitizer will be available in the vans and at reception site. THANK YOU!
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm
After plated dinner and start of reception/dancing, a transportation van will offer "first call" at 9pm, for any guests who wish to return to the Lodges at Deer Valley. At 10:30pm, 3 transportation vans will take guests back to the Lodges at Deer Valley. These 3 vehicles can accommodate up to 40 guests. Vans will return for a second trip, to accommodate any remaining guests who could not be accommodated. Deer Valley Resort does provide complimentary transportation via their signature Cadillac Escalade, around the resort and to downtown Park City, but WILL NOT be available as an alternative transport option to leave the reception (due to location on the mountain), as the resort started "off-season," one week early this year.
