What measures are being taken to keep everyone safe during the COVID pandemic?

Answer

*Our ceremony is taking place outside as long as the weather allows *Our reception space holds 150-200 people, but our wedding only has 70 guests invited including if each guest brings a plus one. Because of this we will fit nicely under the 50% capacity of the venue. *The barn has large sliding doors on three sides, allowing for plenty of fresh air to pass through continuously. *We will provide lots of opportunity for hand sanitizer, and you can always wash your hands with soap and water in the bathroom trailers. *We will make table assignments based on groups of people who interact regularly and are from the same area *As our day gets closer our vendors, as well as ourselves, will be paying close attention to state requirements and guidelines. We are open to any ideas you may have and encourage you to reach out at anytime.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids, really we do, but we want our wedding to be your night off, so try to leave them at home.

Is there a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, but only for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, Lebanon, NH. The shuttle will pick guests up from the hotel at 3:00pm and drop guests off at the venue at 3:30pm. The shuttle will bring guests back after the reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Beer and wine will be free to guests all night. Hard liquor will be available for purchase, but only cash will be accepted, no credit cards/checks.

Is there a room block set up for traveling guests?

Answer

Yes! The Hilton Garden Inn in Lebanon, NH has rooms with two queen beds and rooms with one king bed blocked out for guests. Just look to our Travel page for the link and code to access the discounted rates.

How Do We Get To The Venue?

Answer

You can either take the shuttle bus that is leaving from the Hilton Garden Inn, or drive to the venue itself. The address is 188 Mosher Lane, Sharon, VT 05065. If it looks like you are driving into someones personal home, well that's because you are. Don't worry though, this is our venue! Drive past the farmhouse and you will find the parking area on your right.
