Flight
Pennsylvania has tons of airports, but Harrisburg International Airport (HIA) is definitely the easiest and is only a short car ride (30 minutes) from the hotel and wedding venue.
Shuttle
August 2, 2025 3:30 pm - 3:30 pm
There will be only two shuttle runs to the wedding venue. The first one at 3:30 pm and the second one at 3:40 pm. Please be on time for the shuttles or you'll have to Uber or drive yourself, ensuring you arrive by 3:45 pm. The wedding ceremony starts promptly at 4:00 pm.

A shuttle will be running every 30 minutes from the Wedding Venue to Holiday Inn Harrisburg (Hershey Area) starting at 8:30 pm and the last pick up at 10:00 pm.
