Please plan on arriving at Wind in the Willows by 3:45 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm.
3:45 pm - Guests are seated for the ceremony 4 pm to 4:30 pm - Ceremony officiated by Stacey Bowers (3:45 pm on the wedding invite) 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm - Cocktail hour (inside/outside) 6 pm - Dinner (buffet style) 6:45 pm to 10 pm - Party time!
Yes and yes! There will be two shuttles from the hotel to the wedding venue. The first shuttle will pick up at 3:30 pm and the second will pick up at 3:40 pm. Afterwards, the shuttle will run every 30 minutes starting at 8:30 pm until the wedding is over at 10:00 pm. There is free parking at Wind in the Willow's large parking lot and you may leave your car overnight if you are not able to drive it home. However, you must pick up your car the following morning by 10:00 am.
We know how hot it may be in August, but we'd love to see our guests dress up with us! The dress code is semi-formal / formal. Please bring an extra pair of comfortable shoes for dancing and for walking around at our outside/inside venue.
