When should I book my hotel?

As soon as possible! Although UVA students will already be on summer break, late June is prime wedding season in Charlottesville, so hotels in the area will sell out. For further details and recommendations, please see the Travel & Hotels page.

Can we bring our children?

Unfortunately, no. While you are more than welcome to bring your children with you to Charlottesville, we have decided to limit all of our events to adults only.

Where are the venues?

Answer

WEDDING We will be getting married at Keswick Vineyards in Keswick. It takes about 25 minutes to drive to the venue from Charlottesville, so we strongly encourage people to take advantage of the provided shuttles. WELCOME PARTY We will be hosting a welcome party for everyone at the Charlottesville Rooftop above The Doyle Hotel, which is a short walk from the Downtown Mall. AFTERPARTY We will be continuing the celebration after the wedding at the Buddhist Biker Bar on the Corner. The shuttles back from the wedding will stop at the afterparty before continuing to the Omni. Please refer to the Schedule page for full details.
