We officially met in 2011. We had seen each other in passing at work, but never thought to be anything more. Marvin was always very helpful when Linda was working on her special projects, sometimes forgetting he still had to do his own tasks. One sunny day in June, Marvin asks Linda "Hey what's your full name?" When Linda stated her full name, Marvin chuckled. He then pulled out his driver’s license and showed Linda. Linda's mouth widened with a smile. We shared the same last name!!! It was just luck. We walked outside to our cars and drove off.  At the traffic light, Linda was in the left lane and Marvin in the right. Marvin then looks at Linda and asks "What would happen if I turn left?" "You would just have to find out." Throughout the years, we pushed each other to be the best version of ourselves. We graduated from school, started our careers, moved in together, expanded our puppy family, bought a house, lost loved ones, saw loved ones born, laughed, cried, and everything in between. Finally on December 25, 2019, Marvin asked Linda to marry him. And now we’re here, sharing a new chapter in our journey with all of you!! Aloha 2021!
