We highly recommend parking at Niagara Gorge Discovery Center Parking because it's free and only a short 10 min walk to the falls—from the falls, you can head to Goat Island and explore some more! The walk is paved and relaxed.
The Basilica is also walking distance from the gardens so you can see two sights at once!
If you're renting a car, Graycliff is another Wright house in the area you can visit. Both require tickets and booking ahead of time since they're guided tours.

Take a short walk around the lake, then see the rose gardens.
Reminder: You'll need your passport to enter and exit Toronto. We live really close to several border crossings and it's pretty straightforward and quick to enter/exit. Lots of things to do here including great food, sights, the other side of the falls, and more!
Gorgeous park with lots of easy hiking and waterfalls to look at. It's a bit far so plan on a longer drive out this way. There's also a park entry fee!
Beautiful cemetery where Rick James is buried. There's also a ton of historic gravestones and mausoleums to look at as well.
