How Lodging Works
Guests will stay on-site at Hawksdene for the full wedding weekend. Lodging will be booked through Hawksdene, and exact cottage or room assignments will be shared when you arrive. We kindly ask that lodging reservations and RSVP details be submitted as soon as you’re able, and by January 3, 2027, at the latest.

Hawksdene is an all-inclusive venue, so your stay includes lodging for the weekend, meals, snacks, and drinks throughout the stay. We’ll share more details about meals and weekend timing on the Itinerary page as plans are finalized.

Cost & Booking
Lodging and weekend accommodations are priced per guest for the full stay. Adults: $475 Children 12 and under: $95 Children under 3: Free Booking Your Stay When you’re ready to book, just use Hawkesdene’s guest payment form. This will reserve your place for the weekend and covers your lodging, food, and drinks. You’ll fill in your name, address, contact information, and payment details there. Be sure to select "Yes" when asked if you’ve been "invited to a wedding or event at Hawkesdene." For the weekend dates, enter "April 1–4, 2027", then choose "Lillian and Ryan – April 3, 2027", from the Name of Couple or Group dropdown. In Comments and/or Requests, please include the names of everyone covered by your payment, any allergies, and whether each guest is an adult, child, or infant. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Getting There
Hawksdene Estate is located in Andrews, North Carolina. Since the estate is tucked away in the mountains, we recommend renting a car and giving yourself plenty of time for the drive in. Nearest Airports Asheville Regional Airport Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Rideshare options may be limited near Andrews, so a rental car will be the easiest way to get to and from the estate.
