Do we need to stay for the full weekend?

Answer

Yes. Our wedding will be a full weekend celebration at Hawksdene from Thursday, April 1st through Sunday, April 4th. The RSVP and lodging are planned for the full stay.

When is check-in and check-out?

Answer

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 1st, 2027. Check-out is 11:00 AM on Sunday, April 4th, 2027.

How much does lodging cost?

Answer

Lodging and weekend accommodations are priced per guest for the full stay. Adults are $475. Children 12 and under are $95. Children under 3 are free.

Will we know our cottage or room before we arrive?

Exact cottage and room assignments will be shared when you arrive at Hawksdene.

What is included with lodging?

Answer

Hawksdene is an all-inclusive venue. Your stay includes lodging for the weekend, meals, snacks, and drinks throughout the stay.

Little ones included on your invitation are warmly welcome. Please include everyone listed with your invitation when you RSVP.

Due to the on-site lodging and full-weekend format, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

Yes. All wedding weekend events will take place on the Hawksdene property.

Our plan is to have the ceremony outdoors, weather permitting. We’ll share any final details closer to the wedding weekend.

Do I need a rental car?

Yes, we recommend renting a car. Hawksdene is tucked away in Andrews, and rideshare options may be limited.

Yes, parking will be available on-site.

What should I pack?

Answer

Pack for a full weekend away: wedding attire, comfortable clothes, toiletries, layers, and anything you or your little ones may need during the stay. Hawksdene has cottages, trails, gardens, and outdoor areas, so comfortable shoes are a good idea for walking around the estate. Early April weather in the mountains can shift throughout the day, so bring layers for cooler mornings and evenings.
