Arrival Day

Arrive at Hawksdene, check in, find your cottage, and settle in for the weekend. Afternoon / Early Evening Explore the Estate Take some time to wander, unpack, and get familiar with the property. Evening Welcome Dinner We’ll gather for dinner to officially kick off the weekend together.

Field Day & Rehearsal Dinner

7:00 am - 11:30 pm

Athletic Attire during the day and Western for the Rehearsal Dinner

Daytime Field Day Think lawn games, exploring, relaxing, and a little friendly competition. Evening Rehearsal Dinner We’ll gather in the evening for the rehearsal dinner.

Wedding Day

7:00 am - 11:45 pm

Attire: Black Tie Optional

8:30 AM – 10:00 AM Early Riser Breakfast For anyone up early and ready for coffee, breakfast, and a slow start to the day. 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Wedding Day Brunch A relaxed brunch before everyone gets ready for the ceremony. 4:30 PM Ceremony Please plan to arrive and be seated a little early. 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Cocktail Hour Drinks, appetizers, and time to mingle after the ceremony. 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM Reception Dinner, dancing, and celebrating the night away.

Farewell
