Shelter is accessible by ferry only. There are 2 ferries- The North Ferry leaves Greenport and the South Ferry leaves North Haven. The island is quite small, so taking either ferry will get you to your accommodations. Deciding which ferry to take is up to you. See 'Travel' page for info on the different routes. 
The ferries run often, and take about 15 minutes to cross. 

*Both ferries are CASH ONLY. Please take a look at pricing listed below. 
**Please note- both ferries stop running at a certain time at night going on or off island, so make sure you check their schedules (links below)
