Dress code is outdoor formal! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass, so unless you want to help irrigate the soil - consider leaving the stilettos at home. We want you to look elegant, chic and dressed to impress. For the men: you can wear sport jacket and or suit with open collar shirt or tie if you prefer! For the ladies: long dresses, formal, block heels
As much as we love small humans (especially yours), we want our wedding to be your night off! With the exception of children in our immediate family, we kindly ask to keep Saturday festivities an adult affair. If you are traveling with kids, please arrange child care or contact us about child care.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer it just be you. Space is limited at our venue and we will not be able to accommodate uninvited plus ones.
Umbrella, just in case it rains. Sweater or shawl, just in case you get chilly. Smiles, this is not only the best day of our lives, but we want it to be amazing for you too!
Unfortunately, parking on-site is very limited and unavailable on our wedding day. There is no Uber or Lyft in the area. That is why we are providing a shuttle service from the hotels. If you are not staying at a hotel please let us know. We recommend any guests who wish to set up their own transportation to contact Woodstock Town Car at 845.679.6656.
Yes, we will have a shuttle service. There will be a pick-up at local depending on where guests will be staying. Please let me know where you have made lodging arrangements. We will do our best to coordinate the pick-ups in advance so everyone has a ride to our wedding. We will reach out to you with the pickup schedule closer to the wedding. Thank you!

We have lived through the past 2 years without the ability to see and hug our friends and family. Given we both work in healthcare and have seen so much devastation from COVID 19, we strongly recommend getting and completing your COVID 19 vaccine series. If you are not vaccinated, we recommend a covid 19 test within 48-72 hours prior to the wedding weekend. We love you all and want everyone to be safe while dancing the night away.
