Question

Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?

Answer

On the day of the wedding celebration, please avoid wearing black as that is reserved for the bridal party and mothers. Also please avoid champagne colors, white, eggshell, cream and other colors in the white family. On the day of the welcome party please avoid the colors in the white family along with red.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Thank you so much for understanding and keeping our wedding intimate.

Question

Any travel reminders/helpful tips?

Answer

Don't forget to get an international phone plan. You can do a daily plan with Verizon for $12 per day for unlimited data. In Milan use the apps for the trains. The kiosks never work and there is always a massive line. If you are taking the train from Milan you need to go to the basement level. Do NOT go outside!! Stay inside the airport but take the elevator down. If you take the train to Como there are only 50 taxis for the whole city so you need to plan ahead. Especially in June during the busy season, it is best to use Uber or book private transportations through your hotels. Most hotels will arrange car services for you. If you forget anything, Como city has better stores for needs than up in Lake Como. Como city has a Sephora, pharmacies, etc.
