Salute

On February 2, 2020, just before the COVID pandemic, we met in Charlotte, North Carolina outside of Pins Mechanical. After a quick 5 minute conversation about Super Bowl plans for later that evening, Jen and her friends hopped in a golf cart and headed off to their next spot. After we parted ways, the golf cart driver turned around and said "did you get that guys number?" When Jen said no, the driver immediately spun around and headed back for Pins. Jen then swung open the golf cart door and shouted "Hey, you're hot, can I get your number?" A week passed with texting here and there, and we made plans for a first official date the following week. During the date there was an undeniable connection and the more we talked, the more we realized how effortless and natural our time together felt. That 5 minute conversation outside Pins turned out to be the beginning of something beautiful, leading us to where we are now, on the brink of starting our forever together.
