Matron of Honor
I've spent my whole life looking up to Kate—and not just because she's three inches taller than me. She's fiercely loyal; she gives the world’s best hugs; and her pep talks can turn a crappy day or week or month around. Also, between her Instagram stories, Bachelor recaps and seminal opinion piece on holiday punctuation, she’s responsible for some of the funniest content on the internet.
Best Man
You could probably say he's my favorite brother...

My life changed for the better when I moved in with Sharayah my junior year of college. She taught me to love the outdoors, how to find the best deals at Goodwill, and how to pee in the woods. It's only fitting that I was peeing in the Icelandic wilderness when her now-husband Zac proposed to her years later. I heard the shouts of "She's engaged!" and, as soon as I finished taking care of business, rushed to congratulate her.
Groomsman
I met "Texas Greg" just before the start of college, and he somehow convinced me to live with him for the next 3 years. Highlights of our friendship include: - Whistling our way through the entire Steely Dan discography in the dorms - Kindred science nerds doing science nerd things - Methodically training for a half-marathon, then getting smoked on race day by Greg and the unfair advantage of his inherent athletic prowess - Visiting Greg in Seattle and watching my childhood friend Laura go from Greg's girlfriend → Greg's fiancée → Greg's wife
Bridesmaid
My heart is whole when Anne's around. We met in high school and bonded over our mutual love of language, but our friendship truly blossomed after we both left for college. I can't count the number of hours I've spent at coffee shops with this girl—reading each other's poetry, catching up on everything and making sense of life together. Despite the distance, we always pick up right back where we left things.
Groomsman
I first met Clayton when we joined the same soccer team in elementary school. After almost 20 years of doing soccer, high school, show choir, musicals, college, and a summer in California together, he still puts up with my lame jokes and reminds me how to balance work and play when I'm being too serious (spoiler: almost always). I'm proud to call him a friend—and the man directly responsible for the best chicken I've ever tasted.
Bridesmaid
I hit the roommate jackpot when I met Katie over a Facebook group and asked her if she'd be up for moving in with a complete stranger. Lucky for me, she said yes, and we spent two amazing years in downtown Indy—staying up far too late around the kitchen table to talk about work and school, community and relationships, and what the Lord is doing in our lives.
Groomsman
Jane's big bro. Insanely talented graphic designer. New homeowner (congratulations!). Generally cool dude.
