Just a short get together for those traveling in that would like to say hey before the big day. Not necessary to come a day early just for this, but want to provide the option to see us and socialize with other guests. Small bites will be provided and we will have a server taking drink orders (not covered).

Shuttle Pick-Up to Venue - Red Wing Hotels
3:00 pm - 4:15 pm
Only RSVP to Shuttle Pick-Up if you are staying at the Red Wing Hotels and plan to take the shuttle TO the venue. Please decline if you plan on ONLY taking the shuttle back after the celebrations or not using the shuttle at all. Driving to the venue and shuttling back is also an option, but you do not need to RSVP for this. You are welcome to leave your car overnight and pick-up from the venue before 11am on Sunday. We are just trying to get an estimate on # of people to ensure all can fit onto the shuttle TO the venue. See FAQ or Travel & Accommodation pages for more information.
Ceremony & Reception

Semi-formal: Cocktail dresses, sundresses, floral prints, jumpsuits, suits. It all goes! Avoid pointy heels as the venue is woodsy & grassy (hence the tree farm title).
Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, followed by dinner in the Greenhouse. It may be hot towards the beginning with the sun out, but will quickly cool down into the night. Dinner will be served around 6-6:30pm with light bites during cocktail hour. Taking the Shuttle? Check the FAQ page for shuttle schedule and details. Driving? Great, you can leave your car at the venue overnight if necessary.
