Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Anything goes. Jorts to ballgowns. Go nuts.

Please join us for a basement speakeasy welcome party! First drink on us and we'll have light eats. Directly upstairs is the S&W, a sweet food hall for additional options, including: Zen Sushi Buxton Chicken Palace Farm Dogs The Hop Ice Cream Pop in or stay the entire time. RSVP not required but definitely appreciated so we have a rough head count for catering purposes. Parking: There is street parking around downtown, including on Church St. and Commerce St. which are directly adjacent to Circa 29. The closest parking deck is the Sears Alley parking deck. This deck also has adjacent paid surface lot, which is available after 5 PM. These are both right off the corner of Coxe Avenue and Patton Avenue, and only about one block from the venue.

Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Cocktail

The ceremony will be outside on the deck, so bring an extra layer for possible chilly weather. Guests may arrive starting at 4:30PM. Ceremony starts at 5:00PM. Wear your drinkin' shoes, it's open bar. No soft grass or dirt, so feel free to wear heels if you're into that sort of thing. There's on-site parking. A shuttle will be available to transport guests to and from Crowne Plaza hotel at the base of the mountain.
