Hotel
All guests must stay onsite in the villas with access to two private pools. Check in time is 3:45 PM to 5:30 PM. The accommodation cost is $375 per person and includes three-night stay, breakfast/brunch as scheduled, and farewell dinner. Payment is due by Sunday, March 1st to our wedding coordinator, Holly. Flight
We recommend booking flights early since summer demands raise prices quickly. Nearest arrival airport: Florence (FLR): Great if you want to visit nearby towns close to the venue. Two popular arrival airports: Rome (FCO): Perfect if you want to enjoy a day or two in Rome or southern Italy. Milan (MXP): Ideal for travelers who plan to explore Lake Como, the Alps, or northern Italy.
Train
Once you arrive in Italy, trains run frequently between cities, and rental cars are available for those who want to explore the countryside at their own pace. If you choose to rent a car, there is parking available at the venue. Rome (FCO): High-speed trains run directly to Florence in ~1.5 hours (Roma Termini → Firenze SMN) Milan (MXP): High-speed trains reach Florence in ~2 hours (Milano Centrale → Firenze SMN) Pisa (PSA): Trains reach Florence in ~1 hour (Pisa Centrale → Firenze SMN)
