Is the Venue Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

The Ceremony will be held Outdoors at Oak Hill's Woodland Forest location. The Reception will be held indoors at Oak Hill's Pavillion location

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The couple recommends following a Dress Casual dress code. This could include nice button-up shirts and nice pants, dresses, or nice blouses. The ceremony is planned to be outside in a wooded area so wear what you will be comfortable in outside in Early September and be mindful of any heels. Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, shorts, and the colors lavender and white. The wedding party will be wearing light blues, oranges, and pinks.

How and when should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs can be made on the wedding website with the “RSVP” tab. Please RSVP by August 14th 2025. If we do not receive an RSVP before this date we assume you are unable to attend and will mark you as a "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but it is important we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us.

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we ask that only those formally invited attend. If you receive a plus one it will be listed on your invite and RSVP portal.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at 2:45 pm, it is recommended to arrive at Oak Hill Farms at 2:00 pm.

How do I get to the Venue?

Answer

There is no transportation to or from the venue arranged so transportation is the responsibility of the guest. As the venue is in a rural location, carpooling is recommended.

Question

Can I leave my vehicle overnight

Answer

Yes. Vehicles are allowed to be left overnight but must be picked up before 11 am the following day. Please note the venue is in a rural location and may not have the best access to Uber or similar rideshare services; please plan your transportation to the venue accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be a buffet-style BBQ. If you have a dietary restriction please let the couple know by August 15th.
