Question

I don’t have a car to from the port to the villa, how can I get there ?

Answer

Please enter your travel details in the Google sheet. You can find the link in the 'Travel' Tab. If you cannot find a ride this way, let us know, and we will pick you up from the port on arrival day and take you to the villa.

How do I get back to my accommodation after the party, if I am not sleeping at the Villa?

Answer

We organised a driver that will take you to your accommodation after the party. Driving on the island roads at night can be quite adventurous so you might not want to drive yourself even if you are not drinking.

Can I bring a plus 1 even though they were not on the invitation?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are limited in the number of guests at the venue and had to carefully select our guests as we could not invite all our loved ones ( two big families coming together is A LOT of people), so unless you want to stay home instead, it’s a NO for +1’s. :)

What is the arrival at Villa Delenia like?

Answer

If you are looking for the itinerary to Nea Styra from the Airport, check the “Travel” section of the website. The Villa is located on the eastern side of the island. Once you arrive at the port in Nea Styra, Evia you will have to take a mountain road to the other side of the island (about 15 minutes). The villa is quite remote and the access road to the villa is a 2km dirt road. So, if you are not a confident driver it is better to rent a 4x4 car or catch a ride with our shuttle driver. For rides from/to the port the driver charges 25 eur per ride.

Which meals are included during the weekend?

Answer

On Friday we will provide lunch at the Villa for everyone present (please let us know your arrival time so we can plan for food) On Saturday we will have afternoon snacks and a big reception dinner and maybe a midnight snack after shredding the dancefloor. On Sunday we will provide a big leftover brunch themed “The year of the Egg” (iykyk ;) ) All meals are vegetarian with vegan options.

I am coming with my child(ren), is there anything I should know?

Answer

We love our little ones but would ask you to leave them with our nanny during the ceremony. We want you parents to enjoy yourselves during the festivities, so we hired a caretaker for the afternoon/ evening that will take care of the kids during the ceremony and stay on watch with the baby phones during the party.

What should I get as a wedding gift?

Answer
