Shuttle

Shuttle to/from the Hacienda

August 15, 2024 6:30 pm - 3:00 am

Wedding Day: A shuttle will leave from Hotel Las Casas de la Judería at 6:30 pm sharp on the day of the ceremony to take guests to the wedding venue about 30 minutes away. There will be three (3) shuttles returning back to the hotel after the wedding that will leave after dinner at 11:00pm, at 1:30am, and at the end of the event at 3:00am. Farewell Fiesta: There will be one shuttle to and from the venue, also leaving from Hotel Las Casas de la Judería. Details to follow.

Hotel

Hotel Las Casas de La Judería

5 Calle Santa María la Blanca, Sevilla, AN 41004, Spain

This is the main hotel where the shuttle pick up/drop off will be, as well as where we anticipate most guests will be staying (including us the 2 nights before the wedding). The "hotel" is really a 15th century sprawling maze of 27 houses and two palaces connected by a myriad of passageways, patios and gardens that are fun to explore. It has a nice wine and tapas bar with a gift shop near the entrance, as well as a piano bar and rooftop pool. All of the rooms are unique! It also has a good central location to explore Seville, but consider doing so in the early mornings or evenings to avoid the heat! This discount code below is for 5% off, but right now booking is 20% off on their website!

Travel Note

Other Hotel Options!

If you plan to stay at a different hotel in Seville, there are a TON of great options for all budgets and styles. Here are just a few we recommend you check out (walk distance is to main hotel/shuttle pick up spot): - Hotel Casa 1800 Seville (6 min walk) – bustling area & close to cathedral; we’ve stayed here & loved it - Querencia de Sevilla (13 min walk) – urban hotel within a shopping district; our planner recommended this one - Hotel Alfonso XIII (13 min walk) – 5-star incredibly beautiful hotel surrounded by parks and the river ($$$, luxury option if you're feeling like royalty)

Flight

Seville Airport & Train Station

Flying in? Seville Airport (SVQ) is very manageable and is about 20 minutes from central Seville by car. If you are able to find flights here within your budget, we totally recommend it! However, we know international flights to Spain can be on the expensive side, so try checking Malaga (closest major airport) or Madrid airports, which may have better prices, and then either taking a train or renting a car to get to Seville. Arriving by train? The main hotel is about an 8 minute taxi away from the Seville train station. The train is used to connect Seville to other major cities, not for getting around within Seville.

Rental Car

Driving Yourself?

If you are renting a car to get to Seville from elsewhere in Spain, there is a paid parking garage about a 2-minute walk from Hotel Las Casas de la Judería, but the hotel itself does not have it's own parking. Seville is a mostly pedestrian city with lots of narrow one-way roads, so don't plan to use your car much while in Seville. That being said, we will have a rental car and plan to use the garage. If planning to drive yourself to the wedding and not take the shuttle, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

Travel Note

Getting Around Seville

Seville is a mostly pedestrian city, but for longer distances taxis are plentiful. Taxis wait at taxi stops throughout town, or can be called. Uber is also available!
