What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is "Mediterranean Festive". We don't know what that means either, but it sounds fun and we want you to wear whatever floats your boat. Please keep in mind it will be HOT and events will be outside, but really, feel free to wear anything that brings you joy! If that freedom is intimidating or you still feel lost about what to wear, just reach out :)

Is it going to be hot?

Answer

Yes, it is going to be HOT!!! Please take precautions including drinking enough water, wearing sun protection, and avoiding being outside in the heat for prolonged periods of time. In Seville in August, peak heat hours are usually between 4 to 7 pm when it can range from 95-104 degrees (50-60% humidity). The mornings will be much more comfortable (in the 70s), so consider doing your sightseeing then and adapting to the Spanish custom of a siesta (nap/relaxation period indorrs) during peak heat hours or finding a pool to cool off in.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better, but please let us know whether or not you can attend no later than July 4, 2024.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We LOVE your babies & kids (really we do), but our wedding day will be adults only. If you have children coming with you to Spain and need help finding a babysitter for the day of the wedding, please let us know. Children are welcome to join for the welcome gathering & farewell fiesta, but we ask that you please let us know in advance if they will be attending.
