We started dating on September 27th of 2016. We have been together for over 5 years!
We got engaged on January 17th of 2020.
Well, truth be told, we weren't in any rush. And, a global pandemic had a role in it as well. But mostly, we were content with where we were and didn't feel the need to jump right into a wedding. We wanted to enjoy our engagement.
Yes, we have talked about having children. But, we aren't in any rush for that either.
If it were up to me (Lexi) I would probably have adopted all the dogs from animal allies. But, we love our two girls that we have to pieces. We have been truly blessed the best dogs we could've asked for.
Cameron joined the Air National Guard in 2017, left for Basic Training in 2018 and has been working full time at the base since he returned home. He plans to follow in his dads footsteps and have a lifelong career in the military. I will be returning to school in 2023 to get a degree in teaching. I plan to major as an English Teacher and am deciding if I want to teach at a High School level or if I want to become a professor.
