Rooms at the Tides Inn in our block are contractual, with the standard room starting at $529/night + resort fee + tax, so please reach out to Jessie or Alex directly if you plan to stay here so we can get you that discounted rate and give you the best instructions for booking with the Tides.

$$ Just about 15 minutes from our venue, a more affordable and great option! It’s updated, comfortable, clean and includes breakfast. We will have our wedding day shuttle pick up and drop off from this hotel so you can get back and forth from the Tides Inn safe on our wedding day. Please call the hotel and ask for the Lewis/Garey wedding block to take advantage of a discounted rate, with rooms at $129/night (no online code - just give them a ring)

$$-$$$ Another great cozy and quirky B&B option about 15 minutes away from the venue! It's loosely based on past presidents so expect some fun trivia facts posted around the property - they have an incredible courtyard and right next door to a public playground if you're bringing invited kiddos. We do not have a room block with this B&B, but room rates start at $205/night.

$$ There are a number of local airbnbs and VRBOs available at an array of different price points in both Irvington, VA and neighboring Kilmarnock, VA! This is a great option for groups or large families.

Shuttle

We will have a 35 person shuttle that will run back and forth from the Best Western in Kilmarnock to the Tides Inn, running from 2:30pm to 4:00pm prior to the ceremony, and from 10:00pm to midnight following the reception. Please don't all wait and try to get on the last shuttle ride! Ubers/taxis are not common in this area, so please be safe and utilize our shuttle if you are consuming any adult beverages.
