We recommend booking as early as possible in order to avoid any problems with room availability, as we will most likely need more than 40 rooms. We will be providing buses to the ceremony, leaving from the Best Western parking lot PROMPTLY at 3:20pm. The buses will then leave from the venue to take everyone back to the Best Western at 11:00pm. Hotel check-ins begin at 2:00pm, and early check-in is not guaranteed. The best way to guarantee early access to your room is to book Friday night as well.

We will be providing buses to the ceremony, leaving from the Best Western side of the parking lot PROMPTLY at 3:20pm. In the event that you are unable to get a room either at the Best Western or the Radisson, there are several other options within a few minutes' drive, including the Hampton Inn, the Marriott, and Holiday Inn.
