Paying it Forward
In lieu of wedding favors, we have decided to try to make a tiny difference in the world by way of a donation to a little-known cause that's close to our hearts.
We are choosing to use the funds we would have otherwise spent on wedding favors (which, let's be honest, most often end up forgotten or in the trash) to support Project Paws Alive, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose objective is to supply lifesaving K-9 equipment such as bullet- & stab-proof vests, first aid kits, vehicle heat alarms, cooling vests, and pet oxygen mask kits to Law Enforcement, Fire, Search & Rescue, EMS, and Military nationwide.
As you all know, we are passionate about dogs and view our own dogs as our flesh and blood; we can only imagine the amazing bond that grows between K9 officers and their human partners. We would like to do our part to help protect that bond.
