For those of you who are arriving to Sugar Bowl on Thursday, there will be dinner provided in The Village Lodge Dining Room. Pasta, Pizza, and Salad.

Continental Breakfast
8:00 am - 10:00 am

Breakfast will be served in the Village Lodge Dining Room. It will include house made Muesli, milk, cereal, assorted yogurts, fresh cut fruit, assorted muffins, bagels, and cream cheese. The Espresso bar will also be open from 7am-10am and will offer coffee drinks and baked goods.
Explore Donner Lake & Tahoe City!
9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Shuttles will depart for Tahoe City at 9 and 11. Return shuttles will leave Tahoe City at 12 and 2. Shuttles will run between Sugar Bowl and Donner Lake every half hour from 9am to 2pm Reserve a complimentary boxed lunch when you check in at Sugar Bowl Lodge.

Visit Truckee & Donner Lake
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Shuttles will run from Sugar Bowl lodge to Truckee and Donner Lake every half hour between 9 and 12. Reserve a complimentary boxed lunch when you check in at Sugar Bowl Lodge.
Our Ceremony
2:30 pm - 3:15 pm

We recommend dressy casual. Please note the ceremony is outside so please dress accordingly and bring a coat! Heat lamps and blankets will be provided :)

Cocktails & Reception
3:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Transportation will be provided from Mt Judah back to Sugar Bowl every 15 minutes beginning at 8:30 pm.
