Yes! We have reserved all 27 rooms at the historic Hotel Havana, a short walk from the venue, and the location of other wedding events. The booking window for the room block has closed, but the couple is holding additional rooms of all types - contact the grooms directly at stomosayido@gmail.com to reserve yours!
Please RSVP online or by mailing in your response card. Unfortunately, due to space concerns, invitees who have not RSVPed cannot be guaranteed a seat on the day of the wedding. Please take a brief moment to help the grooms plan the evening by responding to your invitation. Include the number of guests planning to attend and their names.
Please refer to your invitation for information about bringing a guest. Seating at the reception is limited and will be carefully assigned to make sure each invited guest is accommodated. Unfortunately, we will be unable to include any guests who have not been formally invited. Contact the grooms with any questions or concerns.
To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and revelry, the ceremony and reception are limited to adult friends and family only, unless your invitation says otherwise. Let your hair down and celebrate with Jimmy and Levi in style!
Black Tie attire is invited. Take this occasion to look and feel your very best! Whether that includes an elegant tuxedo, a floor-length gown, a jeweled caftan, your favorite festive suit, or a sparkly cocktail dress, you are invited to dress to impress. Ladies are (of course) encouraged to wear the wedding colors of cream, pink, gold, silver, grey, or mint.
Don't sweat it! Wear what makes you feel festive and handsome. If you are looking for a tuxedo and don't know where to start, stores like Zara, H&M, and even K&G Men's Store and Stein Mart have fun tuxedos at great prices. If not, a blue suit or your favorite jacket-and-tie combo will fit the bill nicely. The grooms want to see you looking and feeling your best, no matter what you decide to put on.
Hot tip, ladies: No one loves a ball gown more than Jimmy Moore. If that's not your style, wear something you feel gorgeous in! Cocktail dresses, chíc jumpsuits, a sensible high-low, or your favorite piece of vintage are all fair game. Why don't you consider wearing the wedding colors: cream, pink, silver, gold, grey, or mint (of course)?
You can expect highs in the mid-80s and lows in the mid-60s. Portions of the evening are scheduled to take place outdoors.
The Southwest School of Art 300 Augusta Street San Antonio, TX 78205 Wedding festivities begin at 6:00pm.
There is a free parking lot directly in front of the venue, and a pay-to-park area at 510 Soledad Street. Also, many of the suggested hotels are within walking distance to the venue. Please drive safely.
While guests are encouraged to share in the celebration, the grooms have hired a fantastic wedding photographer to capture their most treasured moments. Please take photos, but make sure that your pictures don't obstruct the photographer since there are no do-overs!
The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the Southwest School of Art. All ceremony guests are also invited to attend the dinner dance.
Absolutely. Guests can look forward to specially chosen appetizers, a three-course surf-and-turf dinner with creole flair, traditional wedding cake, signature cocktails, and a full open bar.
